December 13, 2024: Chesterfield, MO 63017 Marquette Mustangs (Chesterfield, MO) supporters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Vianney Golden Griffins (Kirkwood, MO), 57-49 in a non-league battle.
With the victory, Marquette advances its record to 2-0 on the year. The Mustangs host Howell Central (St. Charles, MO) to meet the Spartans in a non-league battle on Friday, January 3. The Spartans enter the battle with a record of 0-0.
The Golden Griffins now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chaminade for a non-league battle on Friday, December 20.
