California High School Basketball - Village Christian overwhelms Marshall
December 13, 2024: Sun Valley, CA 91352 The Village Christian Crusaders basketball team scored 65 points and limited the visiting Marshall Barristers to 35 in the Crusaders non-league triumph on Friday.
The Crusaders now have a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to Grant for a non-league game on Saturday, December 14. Village Christian will confront a Lancers team coming off a 88-23 league win over Chavez (San Fernando, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 5-3.
With the loss, Marshall falls to 3-6 on the campaign. The Barristers travel to St. Francis (La Canada, CA) to confront the Golden Knights in a non-league game on Thursday, December 26. The Golden Knights go into the game with a record of 11-2.
