The Logan View/Scribner-Snyder basketball squad (Hooper, NE), was nudged 45-40 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Conestoga Cougars (Murray, NE)

With the victory, Conestoga advances its record to 2-2 on the year. The Cougars travel to Yutan (Yutan, NE) to encounter the Chieftains in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 19. The Chieftains come into the challenge with a record of 4-0. Yutan won 47-42 in their recent non-league challenge against Fort Calhoun (Fort Calhoun, NE)

In their next game, the encounter the Nebraska Lutheran Knights (Waco, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 16.
