December 13, 2025: Pea Ridge, AR 72751 Elkins Elks (Elkins, AR) supporters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Pea Ridge Blackhawks (Pea Ridge, AR), 49-39 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Elkins advances its record to 6-5 on the year. The Elks host Lincoln (Lincoln, AR) to face the Wolves in a 3A Region 1 match on Friday, December 19. The Wolves enter the match with a record of 3-8. Lincoln won 68-63 in their recent league match against Thaden (Bentonville, AR)
The Blackhawks now own a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gentry for a 4A Region 1 match on Tuesday, December 16. Pea Ridge will face a Pioneers squad coming off a 56-48 non-league loss to Colcord (Colcord, OK). The Pioneers record now stands at 1-8.
