The St. Andrew's Lions basketball squad (Savannah, GA), was knocked off 65-55 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Johnson Atomsmashers (Savannah, GA)

The Atomsmashers (4-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Southeast Bulloch (Brooklet, GA). The Yellow Jackets come into the AAA Region 3 challenge with a 1-6 record. In their last challenge, Southeast Bulloch was outscored by Toombs County (Lyons, GA), 50-41, in a non-league battle.

The Lions now own a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mount Paran Christian for a non-league battle on Friday, December 19. St. Andrew's will battle a Eagles team coming off a 78-56 non-league loss to Tucker (Tucker, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 6-4.
