The Veterans Memorial Patriots (San Antonio, TX) basketball were winner over the visiting Sotomayor WILDCATS (San Antonio, TX), 61-50 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Patriots now hold a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pieper for a 5A Region IV District 26 bout on Tuesday, December 16. Veterans Memorial will play a Warriors team coming off a 78-45 non-league win over Jay (San Antonio, TX). The Warriors record now stands at 13-2.
