The Monte Vista Pirates basketball squad scored 56 points and restricted the visiting Frontier Academy Wolverines to 19 in the Pirates non-league win on Saturday.

Next, the Pirates clash with the Hoehne Farmers (Hoehne, CO) in a non-league outing, on Friday, December 19. Monte Vista will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record. The Farmers come into the outing with a 3-3 record after their 40-33 non-league loss to Fowler (Fowler, CO).
