Minnesota High School Ice Hockey - Shakopee holds off Holy Family Catholic
December 13, 2025: Shakopee, MN 55379 The Shakopee Sabers ice hockey team scored 1 points and held the visiting Holy Family Catholic Fire to 0 in the Sabers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Sabers now sport a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Eastview for a non-league match on Thursday, December 18. Shakopee will face a Lightning squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Eagan (Eagan, MN). The Lightning record now stands at 1-5.
The Fire (1-4) will now prepare for their match against St. Michael-Albertville (Albertville, MN). The Knights come into the non-league match with a 1-4 record. In their last match, St. Michael-Albertville nudged Hopkins (Minnetonka, MN), 7-1, in a non-league match.
