Nebraska High School Basketball - Bishop Neumann fells Aquinas
December 14, 2021: David City, NE 68632 Bishop Neumann Cavaliers (Wahoo, NE) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Aquinas Monarchs (David City, NE), 47-35 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Bishop Neumann upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The Cavaliers host Norfolk Catholic (Norfolk, NE) to clash with the Knights in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 18. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 2-1.
Next up, the Monarchs clash with the Guardian Angels Central Catholic Bluejays (West Point, NE) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 17. Aquinas will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Bluejays go into the bout with a 0-5 record after their 60-44 non-league loss to Crofton (Crofton, NE).
