December 14, 2021: Bethesda, MD 20814 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Walter Johnson Wildcats (Bethesda, MD) and the visiting Northwood Gladiators (Silver Spring, MD), saw Walter Johnson's basketball squad wallop Northwood by a tally of 69-48.
With the victory, Walter Johnson improves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Whitman (Bethesda, MD) to play the Vikings in a Montgomery 4A South challenge on Monday, December 20. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 2-1. Whitman won 62-57 in their recent non-league challenge against Einstein (Kensington, MD)
Next up, the Gladiators play the Rockville Rams (Rockville, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 17. Northwood will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Rams come into the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 75-48 non-league loss to Bethesda-Chevy Chase (Bethesda, MD).
