Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Banks County Leopards (Homer, GA) and the visiting Franklin County Lions (Carnesville, GA), saw Banks County's basketball squad hold off Franklin County by a tally of 47-41.

With the victory, Banks County improves its record to 6-5 on the campaign. The Leopards host Madison County (Danielsville, GA) to confront the Red Raiders in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 17. The Red Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 1-6. Madison County lost 47-40 in their recent league challenge against North Oconee (Bogart, GA)
