St. Thomas More Academy Chancellors (Raleigh, NC) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Carolina Friends Quakers (Durham, NC), 69-14 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, St. Thomas More Academy upgrades its record to 9-0 on the campaign. The Chancellors travel to South Wake (Fuquay-Varina, NC) to play the Sabres in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 28. The Sabres come into the bout with a record of 4-2.

Next up, the Quakers play the Thales Academy Apex Titans (Apex, NC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 17. Carolina Friends will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Titans come into the bout with a 0-5 record after their 55-28 league loss to Neuse Christian Academy (Raleigh, NC).
