Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the River Valley Vikings (Caledonia, OH) and the visiting Big Walnut Golden Eagles (Sunbury, OH), saw River Valley's basketball squad hold off Big Walnut by a tally of 53-49.

With the victory, River Valley improves its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Marion Harding (Marion, OH) to confront the Presidents in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 17. The Presidents come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Golden Eagles confront the Worthington Kilbourne Wolves (Columbus, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 17. Big Walnut will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
