Virginia High School Basketball - Evergreen Christian falls to Blue Ridge

December 14, 2022: St. George, VA 22935

In Wednesday's non-league match, the host Blue Ridge Barons basketball team scored a good 76-59 triumph over the Evergreen Christian Eagles.

In their next game, the Barons meet the Virginia Academy Patriots (Ashburn, VA) in a non-league match, on Friday, December 16. Blue Ridge will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record. The Patriots enter the match with a 4-2 record after their 56-43 non-league win over St. Mary's Ryken (Leonardtown, MD).

With the defeat, Evergreen Christian moves to 4-6 on the year. The Eagles host Springdale Prep (New Windsor, MD) to meet the Lions in a Metro Private match on Thursday, December 15. The Lions enter the match with a record of 6-1. Springdale Prep won 82-59 in their recent non-league match against Cross Christian Academy (Seaford, DE)
