Louisiana High School Basketball - Crowley nips Midland
December 14, 2022: Crowley, LA 70526 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Crowley Gent (Crowley, LA) and the visiting Midland Rebels (Midland, LA), saw Crowley's basketball squad hold off Midland by a count of 74-69.
With the victory, Crowley upgrades its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Gent travel to South Beauregard (Longville, LA) to play the Knights in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 16. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 9-2.
Next up, the Rebels play the Grand Lake Hornets (Lake Charles, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 15. Midland will attempt to upgrade on its 4-11 season record. The Hornets come into the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 45-36 non-league loss to Church Point (Church Point, LA).
