Illinois High School Basketball - Lake Park overwhelms Willowbrook
December 14, 2022: Villa Park, IL 60181 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Lake Park Lancers (Roselle, IL) and the host Willowbrook Warriors (Villa Park, IL), saw Lake Park's basketball squad wallop Willowbrook by a tally of 59-38.
With the victory, Lake Park improves its record to 7-2 on the campaign. The Lancers host Glenbard North (Carol Stream, IL) to play the Panthers in a DuKane challenge on Friday, December 16. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 5-3. Glenbard North lost 61-46 in their recent league challenge against Batavia (Batavia, IL)
Next up, the Warriors play the Libertyville Wildcats (Libertyville, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 17. Willowbrook will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 7-3 record after their 67-52 league win over Lake Zurich (Lake Zurich, IL).
