December 14, 2022: Pittsburgh, PA 15209 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Shaler Area Titans (Pittsburgh, PA) and the visiting Obama Academy of International Studies Eagles (Pittsburgh, PA), saw Shaler Area's basketball squad overcome Obama Academy of International Studies by a tally of 59-50.
With the victory, Shaler Area improves its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Titans host Grove City (Grove City, PA) to confront the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 17. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 2-3. Grove City lost 47-46 in their recent non-league challenge against Mercyhurst Prep (Erie, PA)
Next up, the Eagles confront the Nazareth Prep Saints (Pittsburgh, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 22. Obama Academy of International Studies will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Saints come into the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 58-49 non-league loss to Neighborhood Academy (Pittsburgh, PA).
