California High School Basketball - Laguna Creek tops Lathrop

Laguna Creek Cardinals (Elk Grove, CA) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Lathrop Spartans (Lathrop, CA), 51-40 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Laguna Creek upgrades its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Pleasant Grove (Elk Grove, CA) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, December 16. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 1-3. Pleasant Grove won 42-41 in their recent non-league bout against Manteca (Manteca, CA)

Next up, the Spartans play the Tracy Bulldogs (Tracy, CA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 20. Lathrop will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record.
