December 14, 2023: Danbury, CT 06811 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Ridgefield Tigers (Ridgefield, CT) and the host Abbott RVT Wolverines (Danbury, CT), saw Ridgefield's basketball squad wallop Abbott RVT by a tally of 87-53.
With the victory, Ridgefield improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Westhill (Stamford, CT) to play the Vikings in a Fairfield County challenge on Friday, December 22. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Westhill won 55-50 in their recent non-league challenge against Joel Barlow (Redding, CT)
Next up, the Wolverines play the Immaculate Mustangs (Danbury, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 16. Abbott RVT will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
