December 14, 2023: Houma, LA 70363 Breaux Bridge Tigers (Breaux Bridge, LA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host A.J. Ellender Patriots (Houma, LA), 61-54 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Breaux Bridge upgrades its record to 3-7 on the season. The Tigers travel to Jennings (Jennings, LA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Friday, December 15. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 6-2. Jennings won 80-59 in their recent non-league bout against Delhi (Delhi, LA)
Next up, the Patriots play the Comeaux Spartans (Lafayette, LA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 15. A.J. Ellender will attempt to upgrade on its 2-10 season record. The Spartans go into the bout with a 6-4 record after their 65-32 non-league loss to Northside (Lafayette, LA).
