Oklahoma High School Basketball - Alex knocked off by Elmore City-Pernell
December 14, 2023: Elmore City, OK 73433 The Elmore City-Pernell Badgers basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Alex Longhorns to 36 in the Badgers non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Badgers now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Velma-Alma for a Oilfield contest on Monday, December 18. Elmore City-Pernell will meet a Comets team coming off a 58-27 non-league win over Wynnewood (Wynnewood, OK). The Comets record now stands at 4-1.
The Longhorns (3-5) will now prepare for their contest against Minco (Minco, OK). The Bulldogs enter the Grady County contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, Minco was defeated by Amber-Pocasset (Amber, OK), 75-60, in a league contest.
