New Jersey High School Basketball - Eastern nips Shawnee
December 14, 2023: Medford, NJ 08088 Eastern Vikings (Voorhees, NJ) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Shawnee Renegades (Medford, NJ), 64-60 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Eastern upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Vikings travel to Westampton Tech (Westampton, NJ) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 16. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Westampton Tech won 67-41 in their recent non-league bout against Burlington City (Burlington, NJ)
Next up, the Renegades play the Wildwood Warriors (Wildwood, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Sunday, December 17. Shawnee will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 47-40 non-league loss to Overbrook (Pine Hill, NJ).
