Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Mount Carmel tops Jersey Shore
December 14, 2023: Mount Carmel, PA 17851 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Mount Carmel RED TORNADOES (Mount Carmel, PA) and the visiting Jersey Shore Bulldogs (Jersey Shore, PA), saw Mount Carmel's basketball squad knock off Jersey Shore by a tally of 54-43.
With the victory, Mount Carmel improves its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The RED TORNADOES travel to Dunmore (Dunmore, PA) to play the Bucks in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 16. The Bucks come into the challenge with a record of 1-3. Dunmore lost 51-34 in their recent non-league challenge against Wallenpaupack Area (Hawley, PA)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Midd-West Mustangs (Middleburg, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 18. Jersey Shore will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 4-2 record after their 65-52 non-league win over South Williamsport (South Williamsport, PA).
