Arizona High School Basketball - Millennium crushes Valley Vista

December 14, 2023: Surprise, AZ 85374

Millennium Tigers (Goodyear, AZ) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Valley Vista Monsoon (Surprise, AZ), 108-46 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Millennium upgrades its record to 10-1 on the season. The Tigers travel to Paul VI (Chantilly, VA) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Monday, December 18. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 5-0. Paul VI won 65-47 in their recent non-league bout against Sidwell Friends (Washington, DC)

Next up, the Monsoon play the Doherty Spartans (Colorado Springs, CO) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 16. Valley Vista will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The Spartans go into the bout with a 2-3 record after their 60-53 non-league loss to Sahuaro (Tucson, AZ).
