Louisiana High School Basketball - Pine Prairie ripped by Vinton
December 14, 2023: Vinton, LA 70668 The Vinton Lions basketball team scored 81 points and held the visiting Pine Prairie Panthers to 18 in the Lions non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Lions now sport a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Anahuac for a non-league contest on Friday, December 15. Vinton will meet a Panthers team coming off a 73-56 league win over Warren (Warren, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 4-7.
The Panthers (0-9) will now prepare for their contest against Kinder (Kinder, LA). The Yellowjackets enter the non-league contest with a 4-8 record. In their last contest, Kinder triumphed over Grand Lake (Lake Charles, LA), 63-48, in a non-league contest.
