In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Liberty Patriots basketball team scored a decisive 73-22 triumph over the McFarland Cougars.

In their next game, the Patriots meet the Legacy Tigers (South Gate, CA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, December 28. Liberty will attempt to move on its 6-6 season record. The Tigers enter the match with a 4-5 record after their 39-36 league win over Huntington Park (Huntington Park, CA).
