December 14, 2023: Virginia Beach, VA 23464 Oscar Smith Tigers (Chesapeake, VA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Kempsville Chiefs (Virginia Beach, VA), 41-14 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Oscar Smith upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Tigers travel to Great Bridge (Chesapeake, VA) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Friday, December 15. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 0-4. Great Bridge lost 37-18 in their recent non-league bout against Churchland (Portsmouth, VA)
Next up, the Chiefs play the Landstown Eagles (Virginia Beach, VA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 18. Kempsville will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record.
