High School Basketball - JV Opponent overwhelmed by Placer
December 14, 2023: , The Placer Hillmen basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the host JV Opponent to 27 in the Hillmen non-league victory on Thursday.
The Hillmen now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oakmont for a non-league contest on Friday, December 15. Placer will battle a Vikings team coming off a 70-34 non-league win over El Dorado (Placerville, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 4-6.
The (71-197) will now prepare for their contest against Luther (Maspeth, NY). The Cougars come into the bout with a 3-3 record. In their last bout, Luther was crushed by Brooklyn Friends (Brooklyn, NY), 49-44, in a non-league bout.
