Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Big Spring holds off Wyomissing
December 14, 2024: Wyomissing, PA 19610 The Big Spring Bulldogs basketball team scored 65 points and limited the host Wyomissing Spartans to 61 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Bulldogs now have a 4-0 record. They play next when they travel to Steelton-Highspire for a Mid-Penn - Capital game on Tuesday, December 17. Big Spring will confront a Steamrollers team coming off a 68-61 non-league loss to La Academia Charter (Lancaster, PA). The Steamrollers record now stands at 1-3.
With the loss, Wyomissing falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Spartans host Hamburg (Hamburg, PA) to clash with the Hawks in a non-league outing on Tuesday, December 17. The Hawks enter the outing with a record of 4-2. Hamburg lost 68-60 in their recent league outing against Oley Valley (Oley, PA)
