Kentucky High School Basketball - Green County knocks off Butler
December 14, 2024: Greensburg, KY 42743 In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Green County Dragons basketball team scored a good 82-72 win over the Butler Bears.
The Dragons (5-0) will now prepare for their contest against Campbellsville (Campbellsville, KY). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 0-4 record. In their last contest, Campbellsville was topped by Adair County (Columbia, KY), 75-50, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Bears battle the Bullitt East Chargers (Mt. Washington, KY) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 17. Butler will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record. The Chargers come into the contest with a 3-2 record after their 67-55 league win over Fern Creek (Louisville, KY).
