Oklahoma High School Basketball - Catoosa holds off Claremore
December 14, 2024: Catoosa, OK 74015 The Catoosa Indians basketball team scored 61 points and limited the visiting Claremore Zebras to 54 in the Indians non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Indians now possess a 4-0 record. They play next when they host Locust Grove for a Verdigris Valley game on Tuesday, December 17. Catoosa will confront a Pirates team coming off a 61-58 non-league loss to Ketchum (Ketchum, OK). The Pirates record now stands at 0-3.
With the loss, Claremore falls to 3-2 on the campaign. The Zebras host East Central (Tulsa, OK) to confront the Cardinals in a 5A District 3 game on Tuesday, December 17. The Cardinals go into the game with a record of 1-1. East Central lost 89-54 in their recent league game against Booker T. Washington (Tulsa, OK)
