In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Crater Comets basketball team scored a big 59-23 win over the Willamette Wolverines.

The Comets (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Phoenix (Phoenix, OR). The Pirates come into the non-league contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, Phoenix was trounced by Marshfield (Coos Bay, OR), 60-32, in a non-league contest.
