The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Delta Eagles (Muncie, IN) and the host Tipton Blue Devils (Tipton, IN), observed Delta's basketball team edge Tipton by a margin of 48-42.

The Eagles (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Jay County (Portland, IN). The Patriots come into the non-league challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, Jay County edged New Castle (New Castle, IN), 58-56, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Blue Devils battle the Muncie Central Bearcats (Muncie, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 17. Tipton will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record.
