In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Sterne Dolphins basketball team scored a good 58-45 win over the Kirby Prep Griffins.

The Dolphins (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Burton (San Francisco, CA). The Pumas come into the Academic 2 contest with a 3-10 record.

In their next game, the Griffins battle the University Prep Academy Golden Eagles (San Jose, CA) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, December 18. Kirby Prep will attempt to better on its 1-4 season record. The Golden Eagles come into the contest with a 6-1 record after their 77-34 non-league win over Cindy Avitia (San Jose, CA).
