Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Lewisburg knocks off Mifflin County
December 14, 2024: Lewisburg, PA 17837 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Lewisburg Green Dragons (Lewisburg, PA) and the visiting Mifflin County Huskies (Lewistown, PA), observed Lewisburg's basketball team overcome Mifflin County by a margin of 62-43.
The Green Dragons (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Berwick (Berwick, PA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Berwick dropped by Southern Columbia Area (Catawissa, PA), 65-45, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Huskies battle the Hershey Trojans (Hershey, PA) in a Mid-Penn - Keystone test, on Tuesday, December 17. Mifflin County will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Trojans come into the test with a 3-0 record after their 71-60 league win over Mechanicsburg (Mechanicsburg, PA).
