In Saturday's non-league test, the South Fayette Lions (McDonald, PA) basketball squad knocked off the visiting Taylor Allderdice Dragons (Pittsburgh, PA), by a score of 59-50.

Next, the Lions clash with the Bethel Park Black Hawks (Bethel Park, PA) in a WPIAL 5A 3 test, on Tuesday, December 17. South Fayette will attempt to improve on its 4-0 season record.

The Dragons (1-4) will now prepare for their test against Pine-Richland (Gibsonia, PA). The Rams come into the non-league test with a 2-1 record.
