Oklahoma High School Basketball - Arnett holds off Canton
December 14, 2024: Canton, OK 73724 The Arnett Wildcats basketball team scored 43 points and limited the host Canton Tigers to 38 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Wildcats now have a 7-1 record. They play next when they host Leedey for a 270 West game on Tuesday, December 17. Arnett will confront a Bison team coming off a 39-34 non-league win over Cheyenne/Reydon (Cheyenne, OK). The Bison record now stands at 8-4.
With the loss, Canton falls to 6-2 on the campaign. The Tigers host Timberlake (Helena, OK) to confront the Tigers in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 17. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 1-2. Timberlake lost 55-48 in their recent non-league game against Pond Creek-Hunter (Pond Creek, OK)
