Wyoming High School Basketball - Mountain View overwhelms Big Piney
December 14, 2024: Mountain View, WY 82939 The Mountain View Buffalos basketball team scored 47 points and limited the visiting Big Piney Punchers to 21 in the Buffalos non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Buffalos now possess a 4-0 record. They play next when they host Lyman for a 3A Southwest game on Saturday, January 4. Mountain View will play a Eagles team coming off a 54-40 non-league win over Cokeville (Cokeville, WY). The Eagles record now stands at 3-0.
With the loss, Big Piney falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Punchers travel to Little Snake River (Baggs, WY) to play the Rattlers in a non-league game on Saturday, December 14. The Rattlers go into the game with a record of 0-2. Little Snake River lost 52-29 in their recent non-league game against Rich (Randolph, UT)
