In Saturday's non-league test, the Delone Catholic Squires (McSherrystown, PA) basketball squad got by the host Holy Redeemer Royals (Wilkes-Barre, PA), by a final score of 44-41.

Next, the Squires clash with the Biglerville Canners (Biglerville, PA) in a York-Adams 3 test, on Tuesday, December 17. Delone Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record.

The Royals (5-1) will now prepare for their test against Tunkhannock (Tunkhannock, PA). The Tigers come into the Wyoming Valley 3 test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Tunkhannock held off Lakeland (Jermyn, PA), 59-41, in a non-league test.
