The Franklin Lions basketball team scored 52 points and limited the host Frost Polar Bears to 35 in the Lions non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Lions now have a 10-3 record. They play next when they travel to Brook Hill for a non-league game on Saturday, December 14. Franklin will confront a Guard team coming off a 68-8 non-league win over Wortham (Wortham, TX). The Guard record now stands at 17-5.

With the loss, Frost falls to 11-7 on the campaign. The Polar bears host Milford (Milford, TX) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Saturday, December 14. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 11-1. Milford won 55-36 in their recent non-league game against Fannindel (Ladonia, TX)
