Idaho High School Basketball - Wilder holds off Garden Valley
December 14, 2024: Wilder, ID 83676 The Wilder Wildcats basketball team scored 44 points and limited the visiting Garden Valley Wolverines to 42 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Wildcats now have a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Gem State Adventist Academy for a 2A Western Idaho game on Monday, December 16. Wilder will confront a Jaguars team coming off a 46-13 league loss to Liberty Charter (Nampa, ID). The Jaguars record now stands at 0-3.
With the loss, Garden Valley falls to 2-6 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Greenleaf Friends Academy (Greenleaf, ID) to confront the Grizzlies in a 1A Long Pin game on Tuesday, December 17. The Grizzlies go into the game with a record of 1-2. Greenleaf Friends Academy lost 45-20 in their recent non-league game against Wilder (Wilder, ID)
