The Waynedale Golden Bears basketball team scored 39 points and limited the visiting Triway Titans to 34 in the Golden Bears non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Golden Bears now possess a 3-5 record. They play next when they host Northwestern for a Wayne County game on Thursday, December 19. Waynedale will confront a Huskies team coming off a 60-15 non-league loss to Keystone (La Grange, OH). The Huskies record now stands at 2-4.

With the loss, Triway falls to 1-5 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Canton South (Canton, OH) to confront the Wildcats in a Principals game on Wednesday, December 18.
