California High School Basketball - Serra trounced by Mira Costa
December 14, 2024: Gardena, CA 90249 Mira Costa Mustangs (Manhattan Beach, CA) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Serra Cavaliers (Gardena, CA), 50-20 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Mira Costa advances its record to 2-2 on the year. The Mustangs host West (Torrance, CA) to meet the Warriors in a match on Friday, December 20. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 8-3.
The Cavaliers now own a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Redondo Union for a non-league match on Saturday, December 21. Serra will meet a Sea Hawks squad coming off a 37-32 non-league loss to Mark Keppel (Alhambra, CA). The Sea Hawks record now stands at 2-1.
