California High School Basketball - Homestead overwhelms Wilcox
December 14, 2024: Cupertino, CA 95014 The Homestead Mustangs basketball team scored 50 points and limited the visiting Wilcox Chargers to 21 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Mustangs now have a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Washington for a non-league game on Friday, December 20. Homestead will confront a Eagles team coming off a 54-50 non-league win over University (San Francisco, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 5-0.
With the loss, Wilcox falls to 4-1 on the campaign. The Chargers host Independence (San Jose, CA) to confront the 76ers in a non-league game on Friday, December 27. The 76ers go into the game with a record of 1-3. Independence lost 100-30 in their recent non-league game against Branham (San Jose, CA)
