December 14, 2024: Santa Maria, CA 93454 Santa Maria Saints (Santa Maria, CA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting Atascadero Greyhounds (Atascadero, CA), 4-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Santa Maria moves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Saints host Nipomo (Nipomo, CA) to clash with the Titans in a non-league test on Thursday, January 2. The Titans come into the test with a record of 0-4.
The Greyhounds now sport a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they host Paso Robles for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 17. Atascadero will clash with a Bearcats team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Arroyo Grande (Arroyo Grande, CA). The Bearcats record now stands at 3-3.
