California High School Soccer - La Costa Canyon knocks off Olympian
December 14, 2024: Carlsbad, CA 92009 In Saturday's non-league outing, the host La Costa Canyon Mavericks soccer squad scored a tight 3-0 victory over the Olympian Eagles.
The Mavericks (2-0) will now prepare for their outing against San Pasqual (Escondido, CA). The Golden Eagles go into the non-league outing with a 3-1 record. In their last outing, San Pasqual got by Orange Lutheran (Orange, CA), 2-1, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Eagles play the San Ysidro Cougars (San Diego, CA) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, December 17. Olympian will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The Cougars go into the outing with a 2-2 record after their 1-0 league loss to Southwest SD (San Diego, CA).
