Alabama High School Basketball - Central ripped by Highland Home
December 15, 2022: Hayneville, AL 36040 The Highland Home Flying Squadron basketball team scored 71 points and held the host Central Lions to 24 in the Flying Squadron non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Flying Squadron now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Calhoun for a non-league contest on Friday, December 16. Highland Home will meet a Tigers team coming off a 48-44 non-league win over Luverne (Luverne, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 5-7.
The Lions (0-6) will now prepare for their contest against Brantley (Brantley, AL). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, Brantley triumphed over Pike Liberal Arts (Troy, AL), 76-37, in a non-league contest.
