Texas High School Basketball - Christian Life Preparatory holds off Covenant Classical
December 15, 2022: Fort Worth, TX 76123 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Christian Life Preparatory Knights (Fort Worth, TX) and the visiting Covenant Classical Cavaliers (Fort Worth, TX), saw Christian Life Preparatory's basketball squad hold off Covenant Classical by a tally of 53-46.
With the victory, Christian Life Preparatory improves its record to 7-4 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Harvest Christian (Watauga, TX) to confront the Saints in a TAPPS 2A District 2 challenge on Tuesday, January 3. The Saints come into the challenge with a record of 2-6.
Next up, the Cavaliers confront the Trinity Valley Trojans (Fort Worth, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 16. Covenant Classical will attempt to improve on its 6-9 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 3-9 record after their 67-49 non-league loss to Newman International Academy (Arlington, TX).
