The Timpson Bears (Timpson, TX) basketball crushed the host Commerce Tigers (Commerce, TX), 56-34 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Bears (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Chapel Hill (Tyler, TX). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 3-2 record. In their last test, Chapel Hill walloped Rains (Emory, TX), 81-68, in a non-league test.
