Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the West Las Vegas Dons (Las Vegas, NM) and the visiting Escalante Lobos (Tierra Amarilla, NM), saw West Las Vegas's basketball squad overcome Escalante by a tally of 71-53.

With the victory, West Las Vegas improves its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Dons travel to Ruidoso (Ruidoso, NM) to confront the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 20. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 5-3.
